Creative Inc ltd . has been designed so that the most important features are easily accessible, with less frequently used options placed in the background. Essential fields are located in convenient places, so you don't have to search for them, and once entered, the system provides suggestions for similar documents when issuing subsequent ones.

The E-Invoicing System allows you to enter net or gross amounts – other amounts are automatically recalculated immediately.

Currently, the following documents can be issued in the system: invoices, proforma invoices, payment receipts, advance and final invoices, invoices under the reverse charge regime, corrective tax documents, bills, price offers, warehouse documents, cash documents, internal documents, own non-accounting documents and other invoices.

The E-Invoicing System we offer allows you to conveniently manage your accounting records: the ability to print at any time or issue a similar invoice if a service or product is sold repeatedly.

Automatically generated consecutive document numbers

When a new invoice is created, the system automatically assigns it a serial number and the current date of issue.

Customer data

Once you have entered the details of a particular company, the system will suggest the full details of that customer for the next billing.

Arbitrary VAT rate

The program allows you to select any VAT rate for different products and offers many possible units.

Dynamic creation

Regardless of which data you enter first, the system automatically recalculates the remaining numbers on the document item on an ongoing basis.

Payment status

Keeping your invoices in order is essential - every business that issues more than a few invoices a month knows this. Once a document has been issued, you can add the appropriate status to it, which makes it much easier to navigate through invoices and sort them correctly.

Creative Inc ltd . allows you to assign a status (issued, sent, paid) to an invoice so you don't have to edit it again.

Mass change of states

You can also change the status of issued invoices in bulk, saving you even more time. Colour-coding individual invoices in the list allows you to easily find a specific document.

Similar invoices

Issuing invoices can be even easier and faster. If you often issue many similar sales documents where only the buyer changes, we have a solution for you!

Creative Inc ltd . – our E-Invoicing System – allows you to complete a similar transaction with a single button. Simply select the "Add similar" option and create a new invoice based on the one shown. Just change the buyer's details.

The duplicated document retains the data entered and receives the following sequence number.

This option will issue a new invoice based on the one displayed. You only need to fill in the buyer's details.

Receipts and Bills issuance

Creative Inc ltd . allows you to quickly issue Bills and Receipts. Printed receipts show only gross amounts.

Generate invoice based on receipt

An invoice created in this way will be linked to the receipt and will not duplicate the sale in the system.

Printing and sending

Sending invoices to the customer by conventional mail is no longer necessary.

In Creative Inc ltd ., you can send it directly from the system to the customer's email address. The recipient can view the document immediately online or download it as a PDF file and print it themselves.

This solution ensures that the document reaches the addressee and also saves the cost of traditional postage or printing. Many of our clients use this solution because they are concerned about time - they want the document to reach the recipient as quickly as possible.

Link to preview

The document can be sent to the client without using a mailbox. The system provides a simple form to enter the content, attach a PDF document and a link to an online preview.

Printing copies and originals

Documents can be easily downloaded in PDF format, then printed and sent by regular mail.

Multiple languages and currencies

With Creative Inc ltd ., you can issue invoices in all world currencies, which are converted according to any exchange rate or the exchange rate of the European Central Bank.

For foreign invoices, you can display descriptions in Slovak, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Czech, Czech, Croatian, Polish, Slovenian, Hungarian, Estonian, Greek, Chinese, Turkish, Persian, Arabic, Albanian or Latvian.

Documents can be printed in any combination of available languages. The papers can be bilingual combinations: English-Slovak, English-German, English-French, etc.

Multiple languages

The application allows you to issue documents in English, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian and German (also with descriptions – English-Slovak, English- German, English-French, English-Czech, English-Italian, English-Russian and in any combination of these languages).

Multiple currencies

When issuing documents, you can select a currency other than the euro. The system adapts the formatting of the amounts to the specificactions of the particular currency.

Warehouse management

After activating the option for warehouses, you can start managing your inventory in one or more warehouses and issue warehouse documents.

Product prices can be entered in any currency (EUR, USD, GBP, CZK, PLN, etc.) and are automatically converted to the main currency specified by the user.

When managing multiple warehouses, you can specify different selling prices in each warehouse.

It is up to the user to decide whether to include purchase prices in the stock document printouts. When issuing invoices, it is possible to specify from which warehouse the products are taken. This ensures that the system knows the exact status of the products in each warehouse.

The account owner can restrict access to selected warehouses to individual users invited to the system. Users will only be able to retrieve products for invoicing from assigned warehouses.

Recording of costs

With Creative Inc ltd ., you get complete control over your company's expenses.

You can enter data on invoices and other purchase documents into the system together with attachments of their scanned versions in PDF format. These can be scans of employment contracts, invoices, and receipts, for example. This will allow you to access them anytime, anywhere in the world, and save you space for collecting and storing them.

By entering purchase and sales receipts, you can track your company's finances in real-time with the reports available.

Setting states and categories

For each entered expense document, you can mark the status and select the category to which the expense belongs.

Attaching annexes to an expenditure

The original of each expense document can be uploaded to the system as an attachment. In this way, you can view the original document on which the expense was charged at any time.

Recurring invoices

At Creative Inc ltd , we take care of automating the documentation flow in your company. If you have a customer that you invoice every two months or every quarter, for example, we have a solution for you.

At intervals of your choosing, new invoices will appear in the system and an email will be sent to the system administrator informing them of the latest invoice. Such invoices can also be automatically sent to the customer's email address.

Configuration

You can set recurring invoices to be issued automatically at certain intervals (e.g. the second day of the month).

Multiple users

Do you want others to have access to your online invoices? With Creative Inc ltd , it's possible.

You can create accounts for colleagues or grant access to accounting office staff. Users with restricted access will only be able, for example, to view and send new documents as they appear but will not be able to create them.

Thanks to this solution, you will save the time needed to physically deliver documents to the accounting department, and, in addition, you will be assured of the security of your company's financial activities.

Several companies

If you run multiple companies, Creative Inc ltd . makes it easy to manage invoices in each of them. With a single login, you can access all companies and easily switch between them.

Each company has a separate account in the system and separate reporting.

This allows you to invoice from any computer that is online on behalf of a specific company. This will save you time and money, plus you'll always have all your documents at hand.

Multiple departments

If your company has multiple departments, you can keep them all in a single account. You can use separate invoice numbering within each department, as well as give selected users access only to selected departments. In addition, each department can have individual or shared reporting.

Managing invoices of different companies

You can manage invoices of multiple companies in the program. When you add a new company, the option to switch between them is activated at the top of the page.

Product database

Thanks to Creative Inc ltd .'s autofill feature, only the customer data fields are not automatically filled in.

If you have an assortment of products that you frequently sell, the program will allow you to store them in a product database. This way, you no longer have to enter their full names when issuing an invoice – our E-Invoicing System will suggest them to you.

You can also manage product stock levels (by enabling the warehouse option) so you have a real-time overview of the status of your goods.

Warehouse function

For each product, you can enter the quantity you have in stock. The system will allow the sale of a specific product until the stock is exhausted.

Price offer

A price offer is a non-accounting document that you can use to make an offer to a customer. With it, you can simultaneously showcase the product in a graphical format as well as overview the proposed prices for a given transaction.

Personalisation

You can customise the appearance of the offer to suit your needs. It's worth adding product photos, descriptions, company logos and other elements that give your offer a professional and personalised look.

Numbering

You can customise the appearance of the offer to suit your needs. It is worth adding menu numbering, which makes it easier to identify and manage. You can customise the format of the menu numbering with different variables such as year, month and number.

Online accounts

The application also allows you to quickly issue invoices and receipts online. The printed receipts contain gross amounts.

With this button, the customer can quickly pay the due amount and the corresponding funds will immediately appear in your account.

AutoPayments widget

If you want your customers to be able to quickly pay for the products, services, or subscriptions you offer through your website, use the AutoPayments widget. With it, you simply copy the product code, place the form on your site, and you're ready to sell! AutoPayments is linked to automated payment systems: PayU, PayPal, your own bank account, or BitPay account.

Configuration

The AutoPayments widget takes the form of a simple form, after which the customer immediately receives an invoice confirming the payment.
